About Us

A Letter From Our President

Allow me to be the first to introduce you to Pedrone Ministry College. PMC believes in a calling for life. Because of this core belief, PMC is committed to offering a wonderful opportunity.  PMC is committed to helping you find and know your calling that will lead you into life vocations.

Often a call to ministry is interpreted as a call for a minister to preach! A call to preach is found in numerous scriptural passages (Luke 4:18; 2 Timothy 4:1-4). However, the preacher who is called to preach does not constitute the only call to ministry. There are three Greek words used in the New Testament that refer to a call to ministry, meaning servanthood. The first signifies one who serves. The second is a reference to a public officer fulfilling their responsibility. The third is a nautical term of a seaman doing their part to help guide the ship. These three terms help to form the idea that everyone has the potential to utilize their God given gifts to fulfill a life that will be satisfying and deeply fulfilling.

Our Online college is looking for students who are unique. Utilizing the amazing world of social media, we present offerings in three areas of study. The first is for those who want to study the Bible along with those who sense a deep desire for the ministry. The Wall Street Journal recently headlined, “Houses of worship fear clergy shortage as many resign during the pandemic. In religious groups across the country, members are stepping down from the pulpit.” This slide has been happening for years. At PMC we are dedicating ourselves to those who want to know the Bible plus preparing individuals for ministry in the local churches.

The next area of concentration is education. For ten years I had the privilege to lead one of America’s largest state school associations. I quickly learned about the huge shortage of schoolteachers with a Biblical worldview. At PMC we plan on providing some of the finest educators in the field to prepare for a generation of educators.

The third area is global impact. Missions is rapidly changing. Research in areas of child development, global development of cultural changes, and church growth movements are opening a world of opportunities across the globe. We want our students to rise to the occasion of seeing the immense world that lies before them.

There are several features that are very unique to our college. The first feature is a commitment to Global Instruction whereby a student can learn in a setting that provides dialogue with students around the world.

The second feature is that the college is committed to a unique mentoring program whereby each student will have a spiritual, academic, and vocational mentor. The plan is to have each mentor fully vented and qualified to enter into the life of the student. This threefold mentoring program will set PMC in a unique position to prepare a generation of students who are ready with spiritual, academic, and vocational preparation.

The third feature is that the college is under the Dino Pedrone Ministries Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit, which reaches people world-wide providing relationship-building through life groups, helping minister to those in need, provide tools and resources through literature, and education through online-courses, conferences, trips, and multi-media in order to help individuals grow their faith and live life to the fullest.

The college is committed to using the online format for students. Online classes are convenient, flexible, affordable, have the potential to unlock learning opportunities, and foster interaction. The student will learn self-disciplinary skills with access to mentors who will become life coaches to them.

Our school is not for everyone. This school will be for many who are looking for a unique opportunity in a pioneering environment. Our team is ready, able and qualified to be a blessing to you!

I am thankful for everyone who will come along as we find our calling in life together. Let’s serve the Lord together!

For the Next Generation,

Dino J. Pedrone, D. Min.

President

Philosophy of Education

Pedrone Ministry College believes in providing academic excellence through
online instruction and personal mentorships preparing the next generation
of pastors, Christian educators and global ministry through missions. PMC
desires all graduates to attain their goal of going into ministry by providing
ministry career opportunities upon degree completion. PMC is a feeding
institution for Christian schools, churches, ministries and church planting
taking the Word of God the way it is to people where they are!

The Scriptures

We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the very Word of God. They are verbally and plenarily inspired and inerrant in the original writings. The Scriptures are the final authority in faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16,17; 2 Peter 1:19 -21; Psalm 119).

THE GODHEAD

We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each person has the same nature, attributes, and is perfect (Matthew 28:19,20 & Colossians 2:9).

THE SON JESUS CHRIST

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is 100% God and 100% man. He was begotten by the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and was born to the Virgin Mary. He is eternal with no beginning and no end. Jesus died for the sins of everyone and is the substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of the whole world. His body was crucified, and He raised from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is our High Priest, mediator, and advocate (Colossians 1;15-17; Corinthians 15:1-5; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 4:15).

THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is God. He was present and active as were the Father and Son in the creation. On the day of Pentecost, He came in a new way by indwelling every born-again Christian. His work includes but is not limited to restraining evil in the world, convicting people of sin, righteousness, and judgement, baptizing believers spiritually into the body of Christ; sealing them with security; and empowering them to produce fruit in their life. The gifts of the Spirit include temporary gifts for the founding of the church. There are other gifts that are permanent and are utilized for the church age. Temporary gifts include prophecies, miracles, tongues and the interpretation of tongues, apostleship, and healings. God can and does perform miracles as He so desire (John 14:16,17; 16:7-15:1 Corinthians :12-30; Titus 3:5).

HUMAN BEINGS

Humans are made in the likeness and image of God. The first human, Adam, sinned and thereby brought the judgment of God on humanity that is revealed in physical, spiritual, and eternal death. All human beings are born with a fallen nature, therefore are accountable for their sins, and need to be born again. There are three institutions that present a divine order to regulate humanity. They are family, government, and the church. Likewise, each person’s biological sexuality is appointed by God.  We believe marriage is between on man and one woman (Genesis 1:26,27; Genesis 2:18-25; Psalm 51:5; John 3:3-16; Romans 1:21-32; 1 Peter 1:18,19).

THE CHURCH

The church universal began at Pentecost. It consists of those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. The local church consists of a group of believers who are the body of Christ. Christ is the Head of the church and leadership is appointed based on the instructions given in the pastoral epistles. The church gathers for worship, prayer, fellowship, preaching, praising God, the proclamation of the gospel, and observance of the ordinances (Acts 2:42-47; Ephesians 1:20-23: 1 Corinthians 12-14; Romans 12).

ETERNITY

We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ and that all individuals will spend eternity either in the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost or the everlasting conscious bliss of the just (Luke 16;19-26; 1 Corinthians 15;51-57; Revelation 20:1-15).
